I have been working with the production team producing video classes since 2002 so am one of the most experienced members.  My job includes supporting instructors as they move their courses online, helping with video planning and logistics, and then handling the technical aspects of production to make sure the final videos are well done and posted in a timely manner.  I also taught with two computer science courses for many years so I understand what a TA needs to know and the various issues that may arise for online students.
